Indeco by Nexans sponsors five full scholarships for participants in the program 'I am a woman, I am an electrician

A few months ago, Indeco by Nexans, in collaboration with Sonepar and Senati, launched the "I am a Woman, I am an Electrician" program. This program represents a transformative step towards gender equality and female empowerment, aiming to overcome obstacles, challenge stereotypes, and create new opportunities for female talent in a predominantly male-dominated field.

Throughout this training program, these twenty highly talented women have acquired valuable technical skills in the field of electricity, enabling them to effectively operate in the broad field of electrical installations. However, this program goes beyond inspiring women to enter and thrive in the electrical industry. It paves the way for a future where differences are not obstacles but sources of strength and enrichment for society as a whole.
