INDECO by Nexans Community Programs
We have different programs within the company that promote our values and the diversity and equality that characterizes us as INDECO by Nexans.
The families of our employees are also our family. For this reason, every year we celebrate "Family Day", a space where we come together and share different experiences such as oil painting workshops, trupan crafts, puppets and face painting for the little ones. In addition, we take a tour of the plant, which is carried out with the highest safety standards, and without stopping production.
On this day we reinforce the importance of using and complying with our security methodologies.
This program has benefited more than 150 families throughout its 10 years of existence. These workshops are aimed at empowering wives, daughters and mothers, so that they can enhance their skills and thus be able to undertake entrepreneurship by putting into practice what they have learned in each class..
We in Nexans (We in Nexans) is a DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION program that seeks to integrate diverse communities in the organization, as well as to promote the importance of gender diversity. In this program we give visibility to breast cancer prevention, men's health, among other issues.
The "Carlos Vicuña" scholarship program rewards the academic merit of our employees' children in the categories of secondary, technical and university studies.
We are committed to the continuous learning of our employees and their immediate families, therefore, we have an agreement with the Peruvian Institute of Educational Development - IPFE. This agreement includes study scholarships that are valid in recognized institutions in Peru and abroad.
